腹腔镜在腹部创伤中的应用

目的：探讨腹腔镜在腹部创伤中的应用。方法：回顾分析我院近半年来，腹部创伤病人利用腹腔镜进行腹部探查及治疗的临床资料。结果：共有18例腹部创伤病人接受了腹腔镜手术。其中17例在腹腔镜下得到明确诊断，1例在腹腔镜诊断可疑后转开度手术得到了明确诊断。14例在腹腔镜下完成治疗。包括实质脏器破裂止血、空腔脏器破裂修补和腹腔冲洗引流，1例在小切口辅助下完成手术，3例中转开度手术。术后未发生与腹腔镜手术相关的并发症。结论：腹腔镜手术对腹部创伤病人是一种比较理想的选择。

The application of laparoscope in abdominal trauma

Objective:To explore the application of laparoscope in abdominal trauma.Methods:To analyze the clinical data of patients of abdominal trauma by laparoscopy respectively.Results:There were 18 cases of abdominal trauma with laparoscopy of operation.17 cases were definitely diagnosed with laparoscopy,one case was diagnosed clearly after laparotomy.14 cases were treated under the laparoscopy,including of stopping the haemorrhage of solid visceral injury,repairing of the hollow visceral injuries and peritoneal lavage.One operation was completed with small incision,and 3 patients received laparotomy.There was no complication related to laparoscopy.Conclusions:The operation is an ideal selection for patients with abdominal trauma by laparoscopy.
