茶色素对缺血性脑血管病血浆ET,CGRP,TXB_2和6-k-PGF_(1α)的影响

目的探讨茶色素（ＴＰ）治疗缺血性脑血管病患者的意义。方法观察ＴＰ对缺血性脑血管病患者（５５例）治疗前后血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）、血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）和６ 酮 前列腺素Ｆ１α（６ ｋ ＰＧＦ１α）含量的变化。结果ＴＰ能明显降低ＥＴ、ＴＸＢ２水平（Ｐ＜０．０１，＜０．０５），升高ＣＧＲＰ含量（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论ＴＰ能有效地降低缺血性脑血管病患者ＥＴ、ＴＸＢ２水平，升高ＣＧＲＰ含量，调整Ｅ／Ｔ、Ｔ／Ｋ失衡。因而对防治缺血性脑血管病具有重要意义

Effect of Tea Pigment on ET,CGRP,TXB2 and 6 k PGF1α in Plasma of Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective To assess the effect of tea pigment in treating patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICD).Method The endothelin(ET),Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),Thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6 ketone prostaglandin F1α(6 k PGF1α) levels of 55 patients with ICD were observed before and after treatment with tea pigment.Results Tea pigment remarkably reduced the level plasma ET,TXB2(P<0.01,<0.05),and increased the level of plasma CGRP(P<0.01).Conclusions The tea pigment efficiently reduced the level of ET,TXB2 and increased the level of plasma CGRP in patients with ICD,regulating E/C,T/K balance,and has marked efficacy in prevention and treatment of ICD.
