| 摘 要： | 目的:评价Anthogyr种植系统在牙体缺失种植修复中的临床效果.方法:对乌鲁木齐市口腔医院2002-2007年221例、378枚Anthogyr种植体进行1-5年的临床评价,采用Albrektsson种植体成功标准.结果:1枚中心螺丝折断,1枚Ⅱ期手术前松动最终拔除;经过相应的治疗后重新植入种植体,达到良好的修复效果;观察期内成功率达99.5%.结论:Anthogyr在种植修复中良好的效果令人满意.合适的适应症、严谨的手术计划、规范的手术操作、合理的应用骨增量技术是成功的关键. |

| Abstract: | Object: To evaluate the clinical effects of Anthogyr Implant System in implant restoration. Methods: This study consisted of 221 patients in Urumqi Stomatologic Hospital who received 378 Anthogyr implants. To evaluated the clinical effects during 1-5 years by Albrektsson's criteria of implant success. Results: The implant survival ratio is 99.5%. In 1 case,the abutment screw broken,1 implant was loose before second stage. Conclusion: The clinical effects of Anthogyr Implant System in implant restoration are satisfied. Success of implant depends on proper adaptation,strict plan of operation,regular operation and reasonable technique of bone-augment. |
