| 摘 要： | 综述白细胞介素-2及抗白细胞介素-2受体单克隆抗体的应用研究进展。白细胞介素-2是一种在机体的免疫调节中发挥着重要而复杂作用的细胞因子,既可促进淋巴细胞增殖,增强免疫功能,又能限制T细胞反应而增强机体的免疫耐受,故可用于治疗肿瘤和感染性疾病及自身免疫性疾病。 |

| Abstract: | Interleukin-2（IL-2） is a cytokine which plays an important and complex role in the immune regulation.IL-2 can enhance immune function by stimulating lymphocyte proliferation and increase the immune tolerance because of its ability to restrict T cell responses.Thus it can be used not only in the treatment of cancer and infectious diseases,but also in the suppression of autoimmune diseases.Advances in application of IL-2 and anti-IL-2 receptor monoclonal antibodies were reviewed. |
