| 摘 要： | 在妊娠过程中,母体甲状腺会发生一系列的生理适应性变化,出现甲状腺结合球蛋白和绒毛膜促性腺激素水平的升高等,促使甲状腺激素的产生和代谢也发生改变,出现妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减退等疾病,本文就就妊娠合并甲状腺功能异常的相关问题进行分析.

| Abstract: | During pregnancy,maternal thyroid in a series of physiological adaptations,mainly in TBG(thyroid binding globulin) and HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin) increase,et al.So,to promote the production of thyroid hormones and metabolic changes have taken place.After,during pregnancy,hyperthyroidism,hypothyroidism and other diseases occur.This article on thyroid dysfunction during pregnancy related issues for analysis. |
