摘    要:3-羧酸碳青霉烯和硫霉素均属β-内酰胺类抗生素,具有重要的临床应用价值.讨论3-羧酸碳青霉烯和硫霉素的生物合成途径和影响因素,并介绍一些相关的新化合物,旨在为改进该类抗生素的发酵条件及利用组合生物合成技术创制新药提供参考和思路.

Abstract:(5R)-carbapenem-3-carboxylic acid and thienamycin are members of the β-lactam family antibiotics and they are very important in clinical use.The advances in research on the biosynthesis and the related adjusting facts of(5R)-carbapenem-3-carboxylic acid and thienamycin,and some new compounds were briefly introduced,so as to provide references and thoughts for optimizing fermentation conditions of this kind of antibiotics and synthesizing new compounds by combinatorial biosynthetic technique.
