| 摘 要： | 子宫肌瘤是女性生殖系统常见的良性肿瘤，发病率较高。机制研究证明子宫肌瘤是雌激素依赖性肿瘤，其发病与激素水平、相关生长因子、蛋白表达等因素有关。药物治疗包括促性腺激素释放激素激动剂、雄激素类、米非司酮、丹那唑、三苯氧胺等激素调节类药物和中药进行辨证施治。 |
