| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍单臂外固定支架辅助闭合复位髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干骨折的手术方法和疗效。方法:自2008年6月至2012年10月,采用单臂外固定支架辅助闭合复位、交锁髓内钉固定治疗股骨干骨折24例,其中男19例,女5例;年龄20~68岁,平均45.6岁。车祸伤14例,坠落伤6例,重物砸伤4例,入院诊断均为股骨干骨折,手术在入院胫骨结节牵引1周左右进行。结果:所有患者获随访,时间6~24个月,平均16.2个月,X线示骨折愈合时间11~17周,平均13.8周,骨折全部愈合,无断钉或临近关节功能障碍。按照股骨干疗效评定标准,优23例,良1例。结论:单臂固定支架辅助闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定治疗股骨干骨折,具有创伤小、操作简单、复位有效、骨折愈合率高、并发症发生率低的优点。
