赖氨匹林加甲氧氯普胺治疗偏头痛

目的 :评价赖氨匹林加甲氧氯普胺治疗偏头痛的疗效与安全性。方法 :偏头痛病人 10 4例分成 2组 :治疗组 52例 ,男性 15例 ,女性 37例 ,年龄35a±s 12a ;对照组 52例 ,男性 13例 ,女性 39例 ,年龄 37a± 11a。头痛发作时 ,病人随机交替口服内含赖氨匹林 0 .9g加甲氧氯普胺 10mg的胶囊(治疗组 )或内含淀粉的胶囊 (对照组 ) 1粒。结果 :治疗组服药 4h总有效率为 88% ;对照组总有效率为 2 9%。 2组总有效率比较差别有非常显著意义(P <0 .0 1) ,未见严重不良反应。结论 :赖氨匹林加甲氧氯普胺治疗偏头痛安全、可靠。

Lysine-aspirin plus metoclopramide in treatment of migraine

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety in the treatment of migraine with lysine aspirin plus metoclopramide. METHODS: One hundred and four patients with migraine divided into two groups: treated group 52 patients (M 15, F 37; age 35 a± s 12 a), controlled group 52 patients (M 13, F 39; age 37 a±11 a). The treated group took the capsule consist of lysine aspirin 0.9 g and metoclopramide 10 mg, the controlled group took the capsule consist of starch 1 capsul, po , alternately as a random. RESULTS: The total effective rates were 88% in treated group and 29% in controlled group, much significant difference was found between the 2 groups ( P <0.01). No serious adverse reactions were found. CONCLUSION: Lysine aspirin plus metoclopramide is safe and effective for treatment of migraine.
