腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗

目的：为了进一步探索腰椎间盘突出症的手术适应症,与提高手术有效率。方法：将2175例患者分为开窗法、半椎板法与全板椎板法三组观察适应症,通过随访观察有效性。结果：通过3个月－13年随访,除15例无效外,均恢复工作,有效率为99．3％（98．85％－99．61％）。结论：严格执行手术适应症,冲洗、植骨、控制感染等应很好地针对性实施。

Operative Therapy of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective： To further define the indications for operation of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,and to elevate the effective rate of operation.Method：In order to obs erve operation indication,2175 patients were distributed into three groups,including fenestration,total laminectomy a nd hemilaminectomy.The results were observed from follow-up．Results：E ffective rate 99.30％（98.85％-99.61％）was g ained with 3 month～13 years follow-up．Co nclusion：Operation indication would ough t to carry out strictly;Flushing,bone gr afting and to control infection,etc．,wou ld ought to carry out very well．
