中学生考试焦虑及相关分析

摘    要:[目的]研究中学生考试焦虑状况及相关因素。[方法]用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及精神卫生调查表(SCL-90)调查105名高三年级理科班学生,比较平时高考前2天的焦虑水平,结合学业成绩进行综合分析。[结果]除少数成绩优秀的学生外,其余被试在高考前焦虑水平增高明显。成绩中等者尤为显著,平时成绩较好而高考成绩偏差者焦虑水平严重。[结论]提高中学生的心理健康水平,减轻考虑焦虑,有助于学生在考试中充分发挥自己的能力。

Abstract:[Objective]To study the condition of students' examination anxiety and relative elements. [Method] 105 middle school students were examined through SAS and SCL - 90. Compare their anxiety degree in ordinary times and two days before Entrance Examination for college . [Result] All students except for the top ones have a higher degree of anxiety in the exam, especially average students , which results in a less satisfactory results in Entrance Examination. [ Conclusion ] To improve students" psychological fitness and mitigate examination anxiety can help students perform well in the exam.
