p16、c-erbB-2、E-cadherin在胃癌及转移淋巴结中的表达

摘    要:目的探讨胃癌及淋巴结转移癌组织中p16、c-erbB-2和E-cadherin蛋白表达的差异,并结合肿瘤的病理学特征进行分析。方法123例胃腺癌及82例淋巴结转移癌组织构建组织芯片,免疫组织化学方法检测p16、c-erbB-2和E-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果①p16在伴有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中的阳性表达明显高于不伴淋巴结转移的胃癌组织(P〈0.05);②在伴淋巴结转移的病例中,p16在原发癌中的阳性表达率明显高于淋巴结转移癌(P〈0.05);③p16和c-erbB-2在中高分化腺癌中的阳性表达明显高于低分化腺癌(P〈0.05)。结论p16高表达的胃腺癌组织易于发生淋巴结转移。p16的缺失可能是胃癌进展的晚期事件之一。p16和C-erbB-2也许可以作为判断胃腺癌分化程度的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the expressions of p16, c-erbB-2 and E-cadherin proteins in human gastric carcinoma tissues and metastatic lymph nodes with their relationship to the pathological characters of carcinoma tissues. Methods The tissue microarrays comprised gastric carcinoma tissues of 123 cases and metastatic carcinoma tissues from lymph nodes of 82 cases. The expressions of p16, c-erbB-2 and E-cadherin proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results (1)Expression of p16 in tissues of gastric carcinoma with lymph nodes metastasis were significantly higher than that of those without lymph nodes metastasis (P 〈 0.05). (2)Expressions of p16 in primary gastric cancer were higher than that in metastatic lymph node (P 〈 0.05). (3)The positive expression rate of p16 and c-erbB-2 in medium-to well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The gastric adenocarcinoma with high expression of p16 is a proof of lymphatic metastasis. The loss of p16 may be a late incidence in the progress of gastric carcinoma. Co-expressions of p16 and c-erbB-2 may be constitute of criteria to judge the adenocarcinoma differentiation.
