| 摘 要： | 目的：本实验通过切除大鼠双侧卵巢，观察颌骨的结构变化，了解其与全身骨结构变化的关系。方法：SD雌性大鼠4月龄行双侧卵巢切除术，术手3个月处死收取标本，进行HE染色，光镜观察，结果：切除卵巢后胫骨松质骨改变明显，牙槽骨仅个别密质骨见到活动性骨吸收，固有牙槽骨，松质骨及髁状突未见明显的改变。结论：大鼠卵巢去势后全身骨骼的骨结构的形态学改变明显，而颌骨骨结构的形态改变不明显。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the structure changes of rat jwabone after ovariectomy on animal model of osteoporosis and to understand the relationship between the jawbone and the body bone.Methods Two sides of ovaries of 4-month-old SD rats were excised for the animal model of osteoporosis.Three months later,samples were got and the tissue sections were stained with HE for histological examination.Results After ovariectomy,the tibia had obvious changes of bone absorption on the trabecula,the active bone absorption was also seen in a very few of alveolus bone samples.The condyle of both two groups had no changes.Conclusion After rat ovaries were castrated,there were obvious morphologic changes of the body bone structrue;whereas there was no obvious change of the jawbone. |
