摘    要:
背景:射频消融作为一种有前途的微创肿瘤治疗方法应用越来越广泛,但是现今的射频消融系统还普遍存在消融范围小的问题。目的:设计一种新型的气冷式射频消融电极的控制模式,增大射频消融的范围。方法:在气冷式射频仪的基础上,根据气冷式射频电极的特点,设计了一种新型的气冷式射频消融的控制模式,即在恒温的方式下通过气冷式电极的冷冻功率来控制射频消融的范围。控制系统采用上位机、下位机的结构,温度控制算法采用改进的PID控制算法。结果与结论:通过温度控制实验证明,改进的PID控制算法能精确地控制温度,反应速度快,能很好地应用于该控制模式。气冷式射频功率与制冷功率关系实验结果表明,通过气冷式冷却电极的功率能很好地调节射频消融的射频输出功率,达到控制消融范围的目的。
