| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法选择36例股骨颈骨折患者行空心钉经皮内固定治疗。结果所有36例患者均获得随访，随访时间1-5年，髋关节功能优21例，良10例，差3例，优良率86.1%。结论股骨颈骨折应用双空心钉经皮内固定，手术简单、手术时间短、适应证广，是基层医院目前治疗股骨颈骨折的有效方法之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the operative method and curative effect of senile femoral neck fracture(FNF) with hollow screw closed reduction.Methods 36 cases of senile FNF patient were underwent this operation.Results All cases were followed up 1～5 years.The good curative rate was 86.1% with excellent hip joint in 21 cases,good in 10 and bad in 3.Conclusion The FNF fixation of hollow screw might be simple,easy and widely use in clinic. |
