摘    要:
目的:研究不同基底对后牙热压铸瓷冠抗碎裂载荷的影响。方法:24颗拔除的无龋坏磨牙进行标准基牙预备,以及自制金属代型、树脂代型、大小规格统一。制成厚度为1.5mm±0.1mm的Cerinate,IPS-Empess,Optec-OPC热压铸瓷冠,以树脂粘固剂分别粘固于牙齿、金属代型、树脂代型上,垂直加压于全冠直至碎裂,经统计分析。结果:粘固于牙齿上的热压铸瓷冠的抗碎裂载荷明显高于粘固于金属代型、树脂代型上的(P<0.01)。结论:由于采用了树脂粘接剂材料,因此有利于提高热压铸瓷冠与牙齿粘接后的整体强度。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of different post and core restorations on the fracture resistance of hot pressable ceramic systems Methods: 24 extracted human maxillary molars were regularly prepared and metal, resin post and core restorations were made as reference. This was performed for 3 subgroups 3 hot pressable ceramic systems at one thickness value (1.5mm).Crowns were vertically loaded until failure. Significant differences of fracture loads between experimental groups were analyzed by one-way ANOVA.Results: There was significant differences in each hot pressable ceramic systems in the mean fracture resistance of the teeth restored compared with metal posts and resin posts. Conclusion: Crowns constructed in a pressable ceramic and place using resinous cement may provide some increase in fracture resistance
