| 摘 要： | 目的研究注射用头孢美唑钠的安全性。方法采用家兔溶血试验、血管刺激性试验和豚鼠全身主动过敏试验观察注射用头孢美唑钠静脉注射用药的局部毒性和全身毒性。结果注射用头孢美唑钠浓度为0.5 mg/ml,未见兔红细胞溶血或凝集现象产生。兔耳缘静脉给药,没有发生家兔血管刺激性反应。豚鼠全身主动过敏试验,注射用头孢美唑钠致敏剂量0.05 mg/kg,激发剂量0.10 mg/kg,未见豚鼠有全身过敏反应。结论注射用头孢美唑钠在该实验条件下动物实验是安全的。
