急性重度有机磷农药中毒的护理

目的探讨有效抢救和治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的方法。方法在抢救过程中短时间内彻底洗胃。合理地应用解毒剂及复能剂，早期进行血液灌流，呼吸机的合理使用，住院期间对患者病情的密切观察与心理护理。结果22例急性重度农药中毒抢救成功21例，成功率95．45％；死亡1例，死亡率4．55％。结论系统有效的抢救可提高急性重度农药中毒患者治愈率，降低死亡率及并发症发生率，早期进行血液灌流及机械通气能防治呼吸肌麻痹、中间综合症，而严密的病情观察及心理护理是治疗成功的关键。
