| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丹鳖胶囊活血化瘀的作用机制。方法采用随机对照重复的方法,用华法林、乳块消和桂枝茯苓胶囊对照,按肝气郁结和寒凝型血瘀证模型法,综合、客观地观察了丹鳖胶囊对血液流变和对血栓等方面的影响。结果丹鳖胶囊有明显改善血液流变性的作用。讨论根据丹鳖胶囊以上生理效应寻找改善血液流变性的活性物质,并进一步探讨其主要作用物质和专属性作用机制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mechanism of Danbie capsule in its effect of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Methods Warfarin,Rukuaixiao,and Guizhi Fulin capsule were used as control.The effect of Danbie capsule on hemorheology and blood stasis was observed.Results The Danbie capsule could significantly improve the blood circulation.Conclusion The active substances of Danbie capsule should be found according to that mechanism,then the mechanism of the active substances can be further explored. |
