中西医联合治疗先兆流产60例临床疗效观察

目的观察中成药保胎灵胶囊联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法将临床诊断为先兆流产的60例孕妇随机分为西药组、中西药联合治疗组，观察比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后两组的总有效率分别为：西药组75％，中西药联合治疗组98％；治疗后两组的β一人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）及孕酮水平显著升高，联合治疗组同西药组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西药联合治疗先兆流产，保胎效果显著，无明显不良反应，值得推广。

The Clinical Observation of the Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on 60 Threatened Abortion Patients

Objective To observe the efficacy of the combined treatment of Chinese patent medicine Bao Tai Ling and western medicine progesterone on threatened abortion. Methods 60 threatened abortion gravidas were divided into two groups： western medicine treatment group and combined treatment group. The efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of the two groups were 75% for western medicine treatment group and 98% for combined treatment group, respectively. The β-human chorionic gonadotropin （β-HCG） and progesterone levels significantly increased, there was significant difference in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on threatened abortion is more signif- icant, there are no significant adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
