| 摘 要： | 目的观察在急诊剖宫产手术中实施心理护理对减轻焦虑、疼痛及缩短乳汁始动时间的影响。方法将82例急诊剖宫产手术随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅接受常规护理,观察组实施心理护理、疼痛护理、积极暗示与合理想象等技术,观察两组产妇乳汁始动时间、焦虑、疼痛的情况。结果观察组与对照组比较,产妇泌乳时间提前、疼痛明显减轻,焦虑情绪明显改善。结论运用正确的心理护理,可缓解产妇紧张、恐惧等不良情绪96．6％,确保了母婴的安全;指导产妇使用正确的缓慢深呼吸法,可减轻手术引起的牵拉痛97．62％;指导产妇合理想象技术,其乳汁始动时间明显提前。
