| 摘 要： | 微炎症状态，是指一种非微生物感染引起，表现为全身循环中炎症标志蛋白及炎性细胞因子轻度持续增高，导致患者各种并发症的低强度、慢性进展的非显性炎症状态。本文重点探讨维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的发病机制及其引起的并发症等相关的临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Micro-inflammatory state is a non-microbial infection,it shows the continued and slight increasing of inflammation sign protein and inflammatory cytokine in the systemic circulation,and it is the non-dominant inflammatory condition which leads to low-intensity and chronic progress of complications in patients.This article focuses on the pathogenesis of micro-inflammatory state and its complications and other related clinical significance in maintenance hemodialysis patients. |
