| 摘 要： | 目的:考察葛根素注射液与头孢唑啉钠注射液在生理盐水中配伍的稳定性。方法:高效液相色谱法。用Nova-PakC_(18)柱(4μm,3.9×150mm),以甲醇—水(25:75)为流动相,流速0.8 ml/min,检测波长254nm,外掠法定量。结果:在37℃条件下8h内配伍液的外观形状、pH值和含量未见显著变化。结论:实验证明,葛根素注射液与头孢唑啉钠注射液两者可在生理盐水中配伍使用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: The compatible stability of puerarin injection with cefazolin sodium in-jection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection was studied. METHOD:A HPLC method was developed by using a NoVa-Pak C18] column(4 um,3.9×150 mm). A mixture of methanol-water(25:75) was used as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 0. 8 ml per minute and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The contents of two drugs' were calculated by external-standard method. RE-SULTS: The compatibility of the two drugs was feasible and no significant change was found in the appearance,pH and content of the solution at 37 C in 8 hours. CONCLUSON:The mixture of puerarin and cefazolin sodium in 0.9% sodium chloride injection can be used in the clinic therapy. |
