| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较在非甾体类抗炎镇痛药基础上用和不用痹痛康丸对活动性类风湿关节炎患者临床疗效的影响。方法 :132例患者随机分为痹痛康丸组和对照组 ,两组患者均治疗 12周。结果 :痹痛康丸组有效率为 88% ,对照组为 6 5 % ,两者有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 0 1)。除晨僵外 ,痹痛康丸组其它各项临床指标的改善值和改善百分率均高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :痹痛康丸在类风湿关节炎临床症状改善上优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to assess clinical effect in rheumatoid arthritis patients with Bitongkang pill plus nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) therapy compared with NSAIDS alone. Methods: One hundred and thirty two active rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly divided into Bitongkang pill group and control group. All the patients were followed up twelve weeks. Results: The overall response rate in Bitongkang pill group was 88% and that in control group was 65%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.001). The Bitongkang pill group had a great improvement than the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Bitongkang pill therapy is effective for the active rheumatoid arthritis patients in the improvement of clinical symptom. |
