| 摘 要： | 重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)是一种常见的临床急腹症,其病情凶险,病死率一直居高不下。近年来国内外的较多结果研究表明,SAP病程中肠屏障损伤所导致的继发细菌移位是影响其愈后的一个重要因素,而关于SAP中肠屏障损伤的发病机制已成为近年来国内外学者的研究热点。

| Abstract: | Severe acute pancreatitis is a frequent clinical acute abdomen.Its pathogenetic condition is severe.The mortality rate is still on a high level.For the past few years,some investigations show that bacteria translocation indued by gut barrier dysfunction is an important factor to determine its prognosis,and the pathogenesis of pancreatitis associated gut barrier dysfunction is becoming a hot spot in research of recent years. |
