Abstract:	A case of primary carcinoma of the ureter associated with a primary carcinoma of the colon is presented. The association of two primary malignancies in different organs of the body is not uncommon and the value of exhaustive diagnostic studies in such cases have been emphasized. The literature of primary carcinoma of the ureter has been reviewed.
