健康指导在社区孕期妇女健康管理中的应用研究

目的：探讨健康指导对社区孕期妇女健康管理的效果。方法：社区护理人员在心理、饮食、日常生活、自我监测、胎教、妊娠期常见症状和护理、定期产检及做好分娩期准备等8个方面对社区内1000例孕期妇女进行相应的健康指导，对孕妇指导前和指导后9个月时的自我管理作出评定。结果：孕妇对产前检查的认知情况、发现高危妊娠情况，妊娠结局等各项观察指标明显提高（P＜0.05）。结论：健康指导有助于提高孕妇健康管理能力和孕期健康认知，保障孕妇妊娠过程安全和结局良好。

Application of Health Guidance to Health Management of Pregnant Woman in the Community

Objective：To explore the roles of health guidance played in health management of pregnant wom-an in the community. Methods：Corresponding health guidance was given to 1000 cases of pregnant women by com-munity nursing staff from eight aspects including psychology, diet, daily life, self monitor, antenatal training, com-mon symptoms and the care during pregnancy, regular antanatal care and the preparation at the labor stage, self-man-agement of the pregnant woman before guidance and in nine months after guidance was judged. Results：Different indexes of the pregnant woman＆#39;s cognition to prenatal examination, the discovery of high risk pregnancy, pregnancy outcomes and others were notably improved （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Health guidance is helpful to increase health management ability and health knowledge of pregnant woman, therefore to ensure the course of the pregnancy and good outcomes.
