旱莲固齿散甘油混合剂治疗急性智齿冠周炎40例

目的：观察旱莲固齿散甘油混合剂治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。治疗组在冠周盲袋中置入旱莲固齿散甘油混合剂局部治疗，对照组在冠周盲袋中置入碘甘油剂局部治疗，2组均每日2次，7天为1个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程。结果：治愈率对照组为55%，治疗组为77.5%，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。复发率对照组为36.4%，治疗组为12.9%，复发率治疗组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：旱莲固齿散局部治疗急性智齿冠周炎疗效优于常规碘甘油治疗，而且复发率低。

Treating 40 Cases of Acute Pericoronitis of the Wisdom Tooth by the Mixture of Glycerine and HanLian GuChi Powder

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of the mixture of glycerine and HanLian GuChi powder in treating acute pericoronitis of the wisdom tooth. Methods：Eighty patients were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group according to the visiting orders. The treatment group accepted placing the mixture of glycerine and HanLian GuChi powder in pericoronal blind bag locally, the control group placing iodine glycerine in pericoronal blind bag locally, twice per day for both groups, seven days were one course of the treatment, for three consecutive courses of the treatment. Results：Cure rate of the control group was 55%, lower than 77.5%of the treat-ment group, clinical effects of the treatment group were superior to these of the control group （P〈0.05）. Recurrence rate of the contrl group was 36.4%, higher than 12.9%of the treatment group remarkably （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Therapeutic effects of HanLian GuChi powder are superior to routine iodine glycerine in treating acute pericoronitis of the wisdom tooth with lower recurrence rate.
