摘    要:
目的 探讨吸烟对血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响。方法 应用无创性高分辨率超声对 30例不吸烟和 5 0例吸烟的男性分别检测其肱动脉流量介导的舒张 (FMD)和硝酸甘油介导的舒张 (NTG- MD)活性变化。结果 吸烟组的FMD水平较非吸烟组呈显著降低 ,而 NTG- MD则无显著性差异。简单相关分析显示吸烟者的 FMD水平与吸烟指数呈负相关 ,而与年龄无相关性。同时发现颈总动脉内中膜厚度 (IMT)与 FMD的水平呈密切负相关。结论 吸烟可导致血管内皮功能障碍 ,吸烟量越大 ,时间越长 ,其损害愈严重 ,并且吸烟者动脉硬化的程度与其血管内皮功能的受损密切相关

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of smoking on endothelium dependent vascular relaxing function.Methods Changes of flow mediated dilatation (FMD) and Nitroglycerin mediated dilatation (NTG MD) of the brachiartery were measured in 30 male non smokers and 50 smokers by high resolution ultrasound technique.Results FMD levels in smoker group were significantly lower than those in non smoker group, but NTG MD levels showed no difference between the two groups.Simple correlation analysis showed that FMD of brachial artery in smokers was negatively related to the smoking index.NO significant correlation was observed,however,between FMD of brachial arteries and age.Meanwhile an obvious negative correlation was also found between IMT and FMD.Conclusion Smoking could induce endothelial dysfunction. With the increase of quantity and duration of smoking,the endothelial dysfunction was more severe in smokers and this dysfunction was closely correlated with Atherosclerosis.
