| 摘 要： | 越来越多的证据表明动脉粥样硬化是血管壁的慢性炎症性疾病.因此,能早期通过对血管壁炎症定位的检测对于早期防治动脉粥样硬化具有重要临床意义.本文主要介绍动脉粥样硬化的炎症过程、现有的实验室炎症检测方法及炎症的影像学诊断方法,重点介绍了对比超声在炎症诊断中的重要价值.

| Abstract: | There is substantial evidence implicating a chronic vascular inflammation process in the pathogenesis of atherosclerotic. Assessing inflammation in vivo would be invaluable as a diagnostic test and for response to therapy of atherosclerosis. Inflammation process of atherosclerosis, laboratory exam and imaging methods of inflammation were introduced, the focus was put on the value of con- trast enhanced ultrasound in the article. |
