关于促进黑龙江省中医药大健康产业发展的思考

《黑龙江省“十四五”中医药发展规划》等政策的出台推动了中医药大健康产业的高质量发展。发展中医药已成为促进黑龙江省经济发展的重要战略。在政策扶持、科技支撑和群众支持下，黑龙江省中医药大健康产业步入大发展、大提升的转型时期。当前该省中药产业还存在经济效益不高、“初级加工、粗制成品、进出口规划不足”问题突出、中医药健康产业人才严重流失、中医药康养旅游产业特色不足和知名度不高等问题，应在延长产业链、培养人才、提高中医药文化资源利用率等方面做出努力。

Promoting the Development of Comprehensive Health Industry of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Heilongjiang Province

The publication of the Heilongjiang Province Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and other related policies actively promote the high-quality development of the comprehensive health industry of TCM, and the development of TCM has become an important strategy to promote the economic and social development of Heilongjiang province. With policy support, scientific and technological support, and mass support, the comprehensive health industry of TCM in Heilongjiang province has entered a period of transformation with great development and promotion. Currently, the industry of TCM in Heilongjiang province has low economic benefits, with prominent problems such as insufficient preliminary processing, low-quality products, incomplete plan for exporting and importing, serious loss of talents in the health industry of TCM, and insufficient characteristics and low popularity of the health tourism industry of TCM. Heilongjiang province should make efforts in extending the industrial chain, actively training related talents, and fully improving the utilization of TCM cultural resources.
