| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸椎结核的手术方法和治疗效果。方法采用一期同一切口椎弓根内固定、后凸畸形矫形、病灶清除、椎体间自体骨植骨术21例。结果随访9个月~6年,患者切口愈合植骨全部融合,结核治愈无复发。后凸矫正16°。结论一期同一切口椎弓根固定、侧前方病灶清除、自体骨植骨手术治疗胸椎结核是可行的治疗方法。
