基于“三虚”致疫理论浅探新型冠状病毒肺炎

新型冠状病毒肺炎具有传染性强、危害性大的致病特点,属中医"疫病"范畴。我国传统医学在抗疫防疫方面有着独到的见解,并积累了很多宝贵经验,"三虚"致疫理论提出了疫病发生的三大条件。本文基于"三虚"致疫理论浅探新型冠状病毒肺炎的发病条件,提出注重运气、调理脏腑阴阳、避其毒气、三因制宜抗"三虚"以防治疫病。

The Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Based on the Theory of "Sanxu" Causing Epidemic Disease

The novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) is a new acute infectious pneumonia outbreak at the end of 2019.It is characterized by high infectivity and great harmfulness, and belongs to the category of "epidemic diseases" in traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the epidemic has been widely involved in many countries, and has become a major health problem that cannot be ignored in the world. China"s traditional medicine has rich experience in anti-epidemic prevention. Theory of epidemic caused by "Sanxu" has proposed three major conditions for the occurrence of the epidemic disease. Based on the theory of epidemic caused by "Sanxu", the paper discusses the pathogenesis of the new coronavirus pneumonia, and puts forward the following points: emphasizing the transportation of Qi, regulating the Yin and Yang of the viscera, avoiding the poisonous gas, and treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factors, making it appropriate to fight against "Sanxu" to prevent and cure the epidemic disease.
