中药熏蒸联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的Meta分析※

目的:通过系统评价的方法探讨中药熏蒸法联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的有效性及安全性。方法:检索CNKI database、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、WanFang database、VIP、CBM,搜索涉及中药熏蒸法联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的随机对照试验。利用RevMan5.2软件对最终符合标准的研究进行分析。结果:最终获得符合标准的文献14篇,共计1334例患者。Meta分析结果表明治疗组的总有效率[OR=4.17,95%CI(3.05,5.70),P0.00001]、痊愈率[OR=3.26,95%CI(2.29,4.63),P0.00001]均高于对照组;治疗组在改善PASI评分方面优于对照组[MD=-2.25,95%CI(-3.69,-0.82),P=0.002];治疗组在降低不良反应上优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸辅助窄谱中波紫外线治疗具有较可观的疗效、较高的安全性。

Meta-analysis on the efficacy and safety of herbal fumigation combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of herbal fumigation combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: CNKIdatabase, Cochrane library, PubMed, Embase, WanFang database, VIP and CBM were searched for randomized controlled trials involving herbal fumigation combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis. Use RevMan5.2 software to analyze the final compliance studies. Results: a total of 1334 patients were obtained from 14 literatures that were in conformity with the standard. The results showed that the total effective rate [OR=4.17, 95%ci (3.05~5.70), P<0.00001] and the recovery rate [OR=3.26, 95%ci (2.29~4.63), P<0.00001] of the combined group were better than the control group. herbal fumigation combined group was better than control group in improving PASI score [MD=-2.25,95%CI (-3.69~-0.82), P=0.002]. In terms of safety, the combined group of herbal fumigation was better than the control group in reducing adverse reactions, with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: herbal fumigation assisted NB-UVB treatment has considerable curative effect and good safety. However, rigorous and high-quality literature research is still needed.
