| Abstract: | Introduction Cerebellar hemorrhage following supratentorial craniotomy is rare. Its clinical symptoms are often mild and transient. Discussion Here, we report a case of cerebellar hemorrhage associated with iliofemoral vein thrombosis as a complication of anterior temporal lobectomy and amygdalohippocampectomy for refractory medial temporal epilepsy. |
