静脉留置针常见并发症原因探讨

目的探讨应用密闭式静脉留置针在治疗过程中常见并发症发生的原因，以便及早采取有效干预措施。方法调查我院2009年1月～2009年12月180例住院病人应用密闭式静脉留置针的不同部位穿刺成功率、并发症发生率。结果前臂与手背穿刺部位差异比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；置管后局部渗血（17例）与导管脱出（6例）、静脉炎（5例）、导管阻塞（9例）逐一差异比较，分别为χ^2=5．620，P〈0．05；χ^2=5．684，P〈0．05；χ^2=6．971，P〈0.01；χ^2=2．653，P〉0．05。结论严格执行护理操作常规，做好周密预防措施，改进和创新护理技能，可减少静脉留置针并发症的发生，是静脉留置针技术普及应用和质量的保证。

Exploration of Common Reasons for Intravenous Catheter Complications

Objective To explore the reasons for common complications in the course of treatment of closed intravenous catheter in order to take early and effective interventive measures. Methods 180 cases of inpatients from January 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital were investigated for success rate of puncture, complication rate by sealed venous catheter applied in different part. Results Forearm and back of the hand puncture site showed no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Local bleeding after indwelling（17 cases）, catheter prolapse （6 cases）, phlebitis（5 cases）, obstruction （9 cases） were compared one after another, they were χ^2= 5.620, P〈0.05; χ^2= 5.684, P〈0.05;χ^2= 6.971, P 〈0.01;χ^2= 2.653, P 〉0.05 respectively. Conclusions Strict implementation of routine nursing operations, careful precautions, improvement and innovation in nursing skills can reduce the incidence of intravenous catheter complications, which can be assurance of technical applications of catheters and standards of quality.
