| 头针加簇针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：观察头针加簇针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法：选取DPN患者50例。随机分为治疗组26例和对照组24例进行治疗观察。结果：针刺治疗组能明显改善DPN患者相关症状及其血液流变学指标。结论：头针加簇针治疗DPN，不仅有明显的临床疗效，而且可以改善血瘀高凝状态，进而改善循环和组织缺血缺氧，从而使神经功能得到改善。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of scalp needling plus cluster needling in the treatment of DPN. Method: Divide the 50 DPN patients randomly into treatment group (26 cases) and control group (24 cases) followed by treatment. Result: The relative symptoms and blood rheology index in the treatment group markedly improved. Conclusions: Scalp needling plus cluster needling has not only obvious clinical efficacy, but also corrects hypercoagulability, improves microcirculation as well as the ischemic and anoxic state of tissues, thus improving the nerve funcion. |
