肾综合征出血热患者血脂、尿素氮及肌酐含量的变化

目的探讨肾综合征出血热(HFRS)患者血脂、尿素氮及肌酐含量与患者病情的关系。方法以酶法测定TG、TC、HDL-C含量,免疫扩散法测定apoAI、B100含量,日本CL-7200全自动生化分析仪检测BUN、Cr水平。结果HFRS患者各病期(或病型)血清TG、BUN和Cr含量显著高于对照组,而血清HDL-C、LDL-C以及apoAⅠ水平显著低于对照组,其中以少尿期指标变化更为明显。血清TC含量在不同病期各组组之前差异不大,仅少尿期TC水平较对照组显著降低。重型组患者TC水平显著低于对照组。结论HFRS血清HDL-C、LDL-C、apoAⅠ、TG、BUN、Cr和TC等指标与患者病情密切相关,可作为判断HFRS分期及严重程度的指标。

Signigicance of determination of levels of serum lipid,BUN and Cr in HFRS patients.

Objective To investigate dynamic changes of levels of serum lipid,BUN and Cr in hemorrhagic fever patients with renal syndrome,and analyze its clinical significance. Methods Concentrations of TC,TG and HDL-C were determined with enzymatic kits,the levels of apo-AI,B100 were determined by radial immunodiffusion methods. Results Concentrations of TG,BUN and Cr in hemorrhagic fever patients were significantly higher,while levels of HDL-C,LDL-C and apoA I were significantly lower than those of healthy controls.（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The levels of serum HDL-C, LDL-C,apoA I ,TG,BUN,Cr and TC in hemorrhagic fever patients with renal syndrome are closely related with the severity of the disease and they can be served as the indicators judging phase and severity of the disease.
