| 摘 要： | 随着医疗技术水平的快速发展，早产儿的存活率逐步提高，支气管肺发育不良的发生率也随之增加。本文对早产儿支气管肺发育不良的危险因素进行分析阐述。早产、机械通气及吸氧、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、感染、动脉导管未闭、贫血及输血是支气管肺发育不良的主要病因和危险因素。

Progress of risk factors of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants |

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of medical technology, the survival rate of preterm infants gradually increases,and the morbidity of bronchopulmonary dysplasia( BPD) increases at the same time. This review was to identify the risk factors of BPD in preterm infants. Lots of studies show that preterm delivery, mechanical ventilation,inhaled oxygen,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,infection,patent ductus arterio-sus,anemia and transfusion are considered major pathogenesis and risk factors of BPD. |
