芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗中、重度癌痛的疗效观察

目的　观察芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗中、重度癌痛的疗效及不良反应。方法　 3 2例晚期癌症病人均为中、重度癌痛 ,使用芬太尼透皮贴剂后 ,每天评价疗效 1次 ,疼痛程度及疗效按数字分级法进行 ,并进行生活质量评分和观察不良反应。结果　芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗中、重度癌痛疗效肯定 ,总缓解率 93 8%。不良反应多见为头晕、恶心、呕吐、嗜睡、便秘及排尿困难。结论　芬太尼透皮贴剂具有持续稳定的止痛作用 ,且使用方便 ,不良反应少

Therapeutic effect of durogesic in treatment of moderate or severe cancer pain

ObjectiveTo observe the effica cy,side effects and life quality changes of transdermal fentanyl(durogesic) in t he treatment of chronic cancer pain.MethodsThirty-two patient s with moderate or severe continuous cancer pain were treated by durogesic.The p ain intersity and curative effects were assessed every day by numeral rating sca le(NRS).ResultsThe pain remission rate of durogesic was 93.8%. The side effects included dizziness,nausea,vomiting,somnolence,constipation and diffcult urination.ConclusionDurogesic has a continuous and st able effect on painrelief.The administration is simple and side effects are mild .
