| 摘 要： | 目的观察曲池穴电针刺激前后脑代谢的变化情况,以探讨经穴作用的中枢机制。方法采用PET-CT技术观察6名健康受试者电针右侧曲池穴前后脑代谢和脑功能成像的变化。结果电针右侧曲池穴后,大脑前额叶皮质、初级听皮质区、第三级联合区、运动前区、躯体感觉联合区、视觉初级感受区代谢增强。结论电针右侧曲池穴可激活大脑皮层多个区域,并对视觉中枢有积极作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes of cerebral metabolism after electroacupuncture at right-side Quchi (LI 11) and explore its central mechanism.Methods PET-CT technique was adopted to detect the cerebral metabolism and cerebral functional imaging in six healthy volunteers before and after electroacupuncture.Results After electroacupuncture,the metabolism in frontal cortical area,primary auditory cortical area,the third combination area,motion prezone,somatic sensory combination area and primary visual sensory area was increased. Conclusion Electroacupuncture at right Quchi(LI 11) can activate several cerebral areas and has positive effects on vision. |
