陕西省乙型肝炎报告质量调研结果分析

目的了解陕西省传染病报告的实际情况,发现工作中存在的问题,探索解决办法。方法抽取乙型肝炎报告发病数相对较高的各级各类医院,调查核实医疗机构上报传染病的依据以及实验室诊断、临床诊断、疑似病例、病原携带者的比例;医疗机构传染病报告流程;疾病控制机构审核、更正、确认情况。结果实验室诊断符合率为73.57%,临床诊断符合率为24.41%,表面抗原携带符合率仅为4.26%,误报占到已报告数的30%以上。结论找出了造成误报的原因,针对医疗机构和疾病控制机构提出了解决问题的办法与建议。

Analysis on the Results of Quality Investigation for the Hepatitis B Reports of Shanxi Province

Objective The present study was to find out the actual situation of the infectious diseases reports of Shanxi Province, so as to find the existing problems of the work, and search for the corresponding ways to solve the problems. Methods Kinds and levels of hospitals where the reported number of Hepatitis B incidence was higher comparatively were sampled for investigating and verifying the follows: the bases for the infectious diseases reports of medical organizations and the proportion of laboratory diagnosis, clinical diagnosis, suspected case and pathogen carrier, the flow for reporting infectious diseases of medical organizations, and the situations of examining and verifying, correcting, or confirming in the disease control institutions. Results The coincidence rate of laboratory diagnosis was 73.57%, and that of clinical diagnosis was 24.41%, yet that of HBsAg carrier was merely 4.26%, and misinformation occupied over 30% of the number that had already been reported. Conclusion The cause that resulted in misinformation has been found, and methods and suggestions for settling problems were provided for medical organizations and disease control institutions.
