摘    要:
总结清代治疗消渴病具有代表性的医家对消渴病的病机认识与治疗经验。消渴病病机,有寒消、热消之别,热又有虚火、实火之分,有病始于中焦燥气虚燥热者,也有始于肾气虚冷者。治疗方面,清代医家重视补肾气、脾肾同治、顾护脾胃、升提元气等。

Abstract:
This paper summarizes the TCM pathogenesis and treatment experience of doctors from Qing Dynasty.It differentiate between cold and fire, while there are deficiency fire and excessive fire. Some believe that diabetes is caused by damp heat in the stomach, some think it due to insufficiency of the kidney qi and yang. About treating, physicians pay attention to nourishing qi and yang of kidney and spleen.
