摘    要:
本室制备了4株(A11、E5、F5、D1)抗精氨酸支原体的单克隆抗体(McAb )。用APAAP桥联酶标技术测定该抗体腹水效价为1:640~1:40 960,A11抗体的Ig类型是IgM,而E5、F5及D1均为IgG1。建立的4株能稳定分泌抗精氨酸支原体的McAb,经液氮冻存后复苏,其分泌抗体能力不受影响。该McAb用于检测细胞培养中的支原体污染,可特异性地检出精氨酸支原体,达到快速、准确的要求。

Abstract:
Monoclonal antibodies ( All, E5, F5, D1 ) were prepared with the hybrid-oma technique in our laboratory. Using alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) assay, we found that the titer of the antibodies was 1:640-1:40 960, and that the type of antibody All was IgM and those of antibody E5, F5, or D1 were IgG1. Four hybridoma cell lines secreted stably antibodies, and the ability of antibody-se-crating was not affected by freezing in liquid nitrogen. The monoclonal antibodies were specific against Mycoplasma arginini, and these can be used for detecting the Mycoplasma -contamination in cell cultures.
