| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果.方法 腰椎间盘突出症患者78例,采用山东产DFQ-300型多方位腰椎牵引床牵引,并选用伸筋草等十多味中草药汽蒸后于牵引后次日置药袋于腰部热敷.结果 本组78例中,治愈38例,占48.7%;显效24例,占30.8%,有效11例,占14.1%;无效5例,占6.4%,总有效率达93.6%.结论 多方位腰椎牵引加中草药热敷,中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objective TO study the effects of Chnese and western medical treatments on lumbar disc herniation. Methods 78 cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated with lumbar traction by multi-dimensional traction bed ,and moist. heated with herbal medicine on the next gay. Results ln 78 patients , 38 cases were cured by 48.7 percents , 24 cases were showed 0bvious effects ,3o.8% , 11 had effects and 5 were invalid . The total effects reached to 93.6% . Conclusion The combinational treatments of multi- dimension traction and the Chinese herbal medicine had showed significant clinical effects. |
