四项血小板参数在重症肺炎患儿中的检测及意义

目的:探讨四项血小板参数在重症肺炎患儿中的检测及意义。方法:采用日本SysmexSF23000分析仪检测65例重症肺炎患儿和60例正常对照儿童血浆血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板压积(PCT)水平。结果:重症肺炎组PLT、MPV、PDW、PCT明显高于对照组(P<0.05),恢复期组PLT、MPV、PDW、PCT明显低于急性期组(P<0.05)。结论:重症肺炎患儿血小板四项参数PLT、MPV、PCT、PDW水平明显升高,并且急性期明显高于恢复期,临床应密切关注血小板参数变化。

Detection of four platelet parameters in children with severe pneumonia and the significances

Objective:To explore the detection of four platelet parameters in children with severe pneumonia and the significances.Methods:Sysmex SF 23000 analyzer was used to detect the plasma levels of platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW) and platelet hematocrit(PCT) in 65 children with severe pneumonia and 60 normal healthy children.Results:The plasma levels of PLT,MPV,PDW and PCT in severe pneumonia group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The plasma levels of PLT,MPV,PDW and PCT at recovery phase were significantly lower than those at acute phase(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of PLT,MPV,PDW and PCT increase significantly in children with severe pneumonia,and the levels at acute phase are significantly higher than those at recovery phase,the changes of platelet parameters should be paid more attention to closely in clinic.
