| 摘 要： | 目的:针对武汉市近3年孕产妇死亡的主要原因提出干预措施,以降低孕产妇死亡率。方法:回顾性分析2005～2007年武汉市的孕产妇死亡资料。结果:武汉市近3年的孕产妇死亡率逐年下降,分别为26.50/10万、23.14/10万、18.41/10万;外来流动孕产妇死亡数逐年上升,分别占同期死亡总数的37.50%、60.00%、57.14%。孕产妇死亡前3位原因为产科出血、羊水栓塞、妊娠合并心血管疾病。死亡孕产妇的首诊地点、分娩地点、死亡地点逐渐由个体诊所和乡镇卫生院移至省级医院。结论:广泛开展健康教育,提高全民保健意识,实行贫苦救助,加强基层医疗保健机构医师的培训,适时转诊,多科合作,构建产科危重症的救治中心,能降低孕产妇死亡率。 |
