加强科研管理 促进妇幼保健院可持续发展

目的:通过四川省妇幼保健院5年的科研发展,进一步说明科技是先导,是促进妇幼保健院全面、可持续发展的内生动力,做好科研管理工作意义重大。方法:强化科研意识,强化科研规范化管理,加强课题管理,促进学科建设,带动人才培养。结果:近5年来四川省妇幼保健院医疗技术水平明显提升,儿科专科医师培训病种达标率从2008年的37%增长到2009年的75.3%,疾病的CD率(复杂疑难危重比例)也有了明显提高,门诊人次、住院人次、手术台次、急诊人次也有大幅度的增长。结论:只有不断加强妇幼保健院科研管理,提高科研意识,才能进一步提升医院的整体医疗技术水平,增强妇幼保健院的综合实力。

Strengthen the management of scientific research and promote the sustainable development of the maternal and child health hospital

Objective:It had been proved that science and technology was a vanguard,and it was the inside power to promote the sustainable and integrated development of the maternal and child health hospital,through the development of scientific research in our hospital during these five years. Therefore,it's significant to make management of scientific research better.Methods:Strengthening the consciousness of research of the medical personnel's,enhancing the standardized management of scientific research and the project,promoting construction of academics and the development of the talented person training.Results:During the past five years,the whole medical treatment technique level of our hospital had been promoted obviously. The rate of disease kinds of specialty doctor training of pediatrics was raised from 37% in 2008 to 75.3% in 2009,the paroxysm CD rate(the rate of the diseases of complications and the difficulty) also had been increased obviously. Outpatient visits,hospitalization,and the operating table,emergency visits also had raised up by a large margin.Conclusion:Only continuously strengthening the research management of the hospital,boosting research consciousness,the whole medical treatment technique level of hospital can be further promoted,the comprehensive ability of hospital can be strengthened.
