| 摘 要： | 目的:观察小儿止泻灵对实验性腹泻型、脾虚模型小鼠的治疗作用及对脾虚证小鼠模型肠道菌群的微生态调节作用,为临床使用该药提供科学依据。方法:以苦寒泻下中药制造番泻叶腹泻模型和大黄小鼠脾虚模型,然后给予小儿止泻灵32 g、16 g、8 g生药/kg,观察小儿止泻灵止泻、免疫增强及对脾虚动物肠道厌氧菌的影响。结果:小儿止泻灵对由番泻叶所致小鼠腹泻有明显的抑制作用,对该模型小鼠小肠的推动功能也有明显的抑制作用;对由大黄所致脾虚型小鼠的体重、胸腺系数有明显的增加作用,并能延长该模型小鼠的游泳时间。脾虚证小鼠肠道双歧杆菌、乳杆菌等厌氧菌含量显著下降。应用小儿止泻灵治疗后上述两种厌氧菌含量均恢复正常,且双歧杆菌明显超过造模前水平。结论:小儿止泻灵对小鼠实验性腹泻及脾虚有明显的治疗作用,脾虚证小鼠肠道厌氧菌群异常低,小儿止泻灵具有扶植厌氧菌之调整功能,尤其是通过扶植健康因子双歧杆菌,其治疗脾虚泄泻的作用可能与止泻、增强机体免疫功能、调整肠道菌群作用有关。
