MTX治疗异位妊娠113例临床分析

目的:探讨影响异位妊娠MTX保守治疗的相关因素。方法:回顾分析113例异位妊娠MTX保守治疗病例。结果:治疗总成功率91.2%,用药前血β-HCG<2 000 IU/L与血β-HCG≥2000IU/L两组成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),孕龄及异位妊娠包块大小与成功率无明显关系(P>0.05),而异位妊娠相关临床症状与成功率有明显相关性(P<0.05),在成功患者中有76.1%的病例血β-HCG呈稳降型曲线变化。结论:血β-HCG并非是影响疗效的独立危险因素,综合客观分析异位妊娠相关因素适时干预治疗是保守治疗成功的关键。

Clinical analysis on 113 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by methotrexate

Objective:To explore the related effect factors of ectopic pregnancy treated by methotrexate. Methods:113 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by methotrexate were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The total success rate was 91.2%.Before treatment,there was significant difference in success rate between the patients with blood β-HCG level<2 000 IU/L and the patients with blood β-HCG level≥2 000 IU/L(P<0.05);there was no obvious relationship between gestational age,the size of ectopic mass and success rate(P>0.05);there was significant correlation between related clinical symptoms of ectopic and success rate(P<0.05),among the patients cured successfully,the blood β-HCG level of 76.1% of them showed a stable decreasing curve. Conclusion:Blood β-HCG is not one of the independent risk factors of clinical efficacy;comprehensive and objective analysis of related factors of ectopic pregnancy,timely intervention are the key of successful conservative treatment.
